摘要
以硝酸镧La(NO3)3和仲钼酸铵(NH4)6Mo7O24.4H2O为原料制备出纳米级的钼酸镧La2(MoO4)3。采用SEM、XRD及TEM等检测手段,考察了La2(MoO4)3在室温下的形貌及其在不同热处理条件下物相变化,并研究了La2(MoO4)3加入Mo粉后对Mo烧结坯的细化作用。结果表明:La2(MoO4)3颗粒达到纳米级,在不同热处理条件下物相发生了很大变化,La2(MoO4)3对Mo烧结坯的细化作用明显。
Nano-sized lanthanum molybdenum La2 (MoO4)3 is prepared with the raw materials of Lanthanum nitrate La(NO3)3 and ammonium molybdenum (NH4)6Mo7O24·4H2O.By using SEM,XRD,TEM and other detection methods,the pattern of La2(MoO4)3 at room temperature and the phase change in different heat treatment conditions are observed,and the refinement effect on molybdenum sintered blanks after doping La2(MoO4)3 into molybdenum is studied.The results show that the size of La2(MoO4)3 is up to nano-scale,the phase changes a lot in different heat treatment conditions,and the refinement effect of La2(MoO4)3 on molybdenum sintered blanks is obvious.
