螺旋翅片等积变形加工过程数学建模

摘要 螺旋翅片散热管是生产热交换器的中间材料,其翅片在加工过程中发生等体积变形。通过分析其加工工艺过程,获得翅片管加工过程中各运动参数之间的函数关系;建立螺旋翅片的几何模型,研究了其几何参数之间的相互关系,为该类型工艺装备的设计和自动化控制提供理论支持。 Helical finned-tube is a kind of processed material in producing heat exchangers,the volume of helical fin is invariable when it is processed outside of finned-tube.Mathematical model was established to deduce functional relation among kinematics parameters in the processing when helical fin was rolled.When spiral fin is modeled,the correlation among its geometrical parameters is researched.The results are theoretical foundation in the course of designing machining equipments and automated operating systems.
