摘要
对合成γ-丁内酯Cu-Zn-Al-O催化剂进行了XRD研究,关联催化剂活性评价结果,表明:加入Al元素,有助于提高催化剂的活性.反应活性组分是微晶Cu0.Cu0聚集是催化剂失活的原因之一.该Cu-Zn-Al-O催化剂宜采用直接还原方式,在240℃,通入H2还原2hr进行活化.
According to the activity measurement results,the study on the XRD of Cu Zn Al O γ Butyrolactone synthesis catalyst show that (a) Adding Al element can increase the catalyst activity,(b) Cu 0 is thought to be the active center of the catalyst.It is one reason of the catalyst deactivation that Cu 0 aggregation,(c) The Cu Zn Al O catalyst should be directly reducted by hydrogen gas at 240℃ through 3 hours.
