摘要 美、日、法三国的地方债制度经历了长期探索、不断演进的发展过程,通过对其比较分析,从中可以获得许多有益的启示,对进一步完善我国地方债制度有一定的借鉴作用。 The municipal bond systems in America,Japan and France evolve continuously after a long exploration.A lot of useful revelation can be obtained by comparing and analyzing these systems,and it can be used to perfect China’s municipal bonds system for reference.
