摘要
通过坐标平移建立椭圆封头立式罐内装液量与液位的关系,使用可视化编程技术实现其装液量与液位的双向计算,并模拟显示其动态变化过程;为化工类企业对椭圆封头立式罐的设计、使用、及其容积、装量、液体位置的标定和非直接测量计量提供了一种更简捷有效的手段和可视化操作的实用技术。
The relationship between the liquid volume and liquid level of an elliptical head vertical tank is established by means of translating coordinate. The visualization programming technology is used to realize the bidirectional computation between liquid volume and fluid position and to simulate and display the dynamic process. It provides a more simple and effective method and the visually operative technology for the chemical enterprise to design and use elliptical head vertical tank, to calibrate its volume, load and liquid position, and to compute the non -direct measurement.
