摘要
针对有杆采油系统教学存在的课堂教学抽象,现场实习人身安全无保障,实习费用高、时间长等缺点,研制了有杆采油系统实验教学平台。该平台主要由抽油机、抽抽泵、供气系统、供液系统、示功仪和实验台等6部分组成。可演示抽油机和抽油泵的实际工作原理,通过示功图判断井下事故,进行洗井作业训练,分析各抽油机的特点及节能效果,寻求抽油机采油节能增效的方法等。利用该实验教学平台,使现场实习室内化,是实验教学的好助手。经教学验证,效果显著。
To solve the problems of abstract classroom teaching, physical security of practice in oil field, high cost and long time of practice, and so on, an experimental teaching platform for sucker rod pumping has been developed. It consists of beam pumping units, pumps, air supply system, fluid supply system, indicator, an experimental table, etc. It can demonstrate the operating principle of the beam pumping unit and the pump, judge the troubles of oil weel by an indicator diagram, train to clean out operation, contrast the efficiency and distinguishing feature of three beam pumping units, analyze the energy saving of production, and look for a effective way to raise the efficiency about the oil production. The experimental teaching platform makes the practice go from the well site to the lab, and it is a good assistant in experimental teaching. The practice teaching proved that the effect of practice is obvious.
