摘要
利用共沉淀法和纯铝水解法对比研究了纳米超纯Al2O3粉末的形成、结构、形貌和各种因素对粒度的影响,得到了平均粒度小于5纳米的超纯纳米Al2O3粉末.
Coprecipitation and hydrolization are used to synthesizing the ultrapurenanostructured Al2O3 powders,and give out that the ultrapure nanostructured Al2O3 particleare all smaller than sum by the two method. Also,the relationship of average size of particlewith the concentration ratio of (NH4)2CO3 with AlCl3. 6H2O are obtained in this paper.
