我国打工子弟学校存在的问题及解决对策探析

我国打工子弟学校在解决流动儿童就学问题上发挥了一定作用,但也存在着有些打工子弟学校不具有合法性,资金投入不足,办学环境较差,师资薄弱,学生流动性大等问题。本文结合存在的问题探析了解决问题的具体对策,强调应给予符合办学条件的打工子弟学校合法地位,多渠道解决打工子弟学校资金投入不足问题,进一步改善办学环境,规范学校师资队伍,对学生的学籍实行动态规范管理。

The shools for the children of migrant workers have played an active role in the schooling of migrant children,but still there are some problems,such as legal status,lack of funds bad condiffions,weak teaching power and many others.This article focuses on the problems and solutions,especially on the practical policies over all these problems.This article also emphasizes on how to improve the conditions,how to make all such school legal,how to manage the students＇ records and registration and so on.
