加强和声教学改革,不断提高人才培养质量,首先应当转变教学理念,以学生为主体,强调能力培养;其次是学用结合,提高学习效率;再次是改变教学方法,活跃课堂气氛,强化创新意识。

To strengthen harmony teaching reform and constantly improve the quality of personnel training,first of all,teaching philosophy should be transformed into the one with student-centered,emphasizing capacity-building;second,study should be combined with application to enhance learning efficiency;third,it should change the teaching methods into the way with active classroom atmosphere and innovative consciousness.
