摘要
以载玻片为载体,用溶胶-凝胶法制备了含银量为1.0%的Ag-TiO2复合膜,并且考察了复合膜光催化脱色甲基橙溶液的催化性能。结果表明:复合膜焙烧温度为450℃时催化活性最好,TiO2呈锐钛型,Ag-TiO2复合膜光催化性能是TiO2膜的2.25倍;低pH值时复合膜催化活性较好,当甲基橙浓度≤10 mg/L时,光催化脱色反应为准一级反应,而且可以用Langmuir-Hinshelwood方程描述。复合膜使用15小时催化活性没有降低。
Ag-TiO2 composite film with 1.0% Ag loading supported on glass was fabricated by using the Sol-Gel method and the photocatalytic performance towards degradation of methyl orange (MO) was investigated. The results indicate that the optimal calcination temperature is 450℃ and TiO2 is anatase. Photocatalytic activity of Ag-TiO2 composite film is 2.25 times of that of TiO2 film. The deeolorization efficiency is the best when pH value is low. The kinetic results demonstrate that the decolorization reaction is a pseudo first-order reaction when the concentration of MO is below 10 mg/L and Langmuir-Hinshe- wood kinetic model (L-H) can well describe. The photoeatalytie performance keeps stable after fifteen hours.
