摘要
文章介绍了酒精饮料中氨基甲酸酯类农药残留来源,并对氨基甲酸甲酯和氨基甲酸乙酯的形成机理、分析方法等进行了的综述,同时阐述了氨基甲酸酯类有害致癌物质对人体的危害,提出了建立酒精饮料中氨基甲酸酯类的限量标准的必要性和紧迫性。
This paper introduces the sources of carbamate pesticide residue in alcoholic beverages,and gives a summary on the forming mechanism, analysis method of methyl carbamate, expounds the hazard of carcinogenic substance of carbamate pesticide to human health. The necessary and urgent to establish the limit standard of carbamate pesticide in alcoholic beverages is proposed in this paper.
