摘要
文章用试验研究了东莞樟村水质净化厂一级强化混凝处理工艺处理东莞运河污水所产生的化学混凝污泥脱水问题。结果表明:五种阳离子型和一种两性型PAM效果最好,阴离子、非离子型PAM药剂调理化学混凝污泥的效果均不理想;各种药剂都有其最佳作用范围,投加量过高或过低都会导致脱水性能的降低。最佳调理药剂应该能全面改善化学混凝污泥的脱水速率和脱水程度,而不仅只是改善某一方面。
The study mainly focus on the dewatering problems of chemical flocculation sludge generated from the treating of the wasted water in Dongguan Canal by using an enhanced flocculation process in Dongguan Zhangcun Water-purifying Plant. The results show that : 5 kinds of cationic and an amphoteric PAM best, anionic, non-ionic PAM Pharmaceutical conditioning effect on chemical coagulation of sludge are not ideal; a variety of agents have a role in its best range of dosage which is too high or too low can lead to dehydration performance degradation. The coagulant should not just improve a sigle particular aspect.
