摘要 利用遗传算法对传统的GS算法进行改进,提出一种基于遗传算法和GS算法混合的衍射光学元件的设计方法,能够有效地改进GS算法的不足。同时,分析设计了将高斯光束转变为字母、特定形状的图案以及多个目标图像的衍射光学元件,模拟结果与预期结果相符合,将此方法的仿真与传统GS算法的仿真作了比较。最后进行了实验验证,证明了设计方法的正确性。 GA(Genetie Algorithms) Algorithms is used to improve the traditional GS algorithm, and an improved method which is based on the combination of GA and GS algorithm of the diffractive optical element design is propesed . The diffractive optical elements is analyzed and designed, which can shape the laser beam to a letter shape, special shape and several aimed pattern shapes. This simulation results and expected results are matching. And simulation results of the method is compared with the simulation results of algorithm traditional GS. In the end, the experiment for verification is done. It validates the correctness of the design method further.
