摘要
以耐低钾与不耐低钾的玉米自交系为材料,通过低钾和正常供钾的砂培试验,研究耐低钾玉米苗期保护酶活性及活性氧的特征。结果表明,耐低钾与不耐低钾自交系玉米的O2-产生速率、H2O2含量、SOD和POD活性在正常供钾条件下没有差异。低钾胁迫条件下,在幼苗生长后期耐低钾自交系的O2-产生速率明显提高,POD活性有所增加;不耐自交系O2-的产生速率降低,POD活性明显增加。
With maize inbred line of low- kalium tolerance and low- kalium intolerance as material, this paper studies the characteristics of protective enzyme activities and the reactive oxygen species of maize of low - potassium tolerance at the seedling stage through the low - potassium and normal - potassium sand culture experiment. The results show that there was no difference for the production rate of O2^-, H2O2 content, SOD and POD activity of maize inbred line of Low - kalium tolerance and low - kalium intolerance in the normal - potassium condition; at the later stage of seedling growth, the production rate of O2^- of maize inbred line of Low- kalium Tolerance markedly improved and POD activity slightly increased,and the production rate of O2^- of maize inbred line of low - kalium intolerance decreased and POD activity increased significantly in the low - potassium condition.
