石油污染土壤中野大麦接种ACC脱氨酶细菌产生影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 选择野大麦为供试植物,用两种不同的ACC脱氨酶细菌菌体(U4和SY-1-1)浸泡法接菌,种植于不同石油浓度的土壤中,5个月后对野大麦的生物量、过氧化物酶活性、可溶性蛋白含量和土壤中的石油含量进行测定。结果表明:含石油1%和2%量的石油土壤中接种ACC脱氨酶细菌(U4和SY-1-1)可以明显促进野大麦植株的生长和发育;同时也可以促进石油的降解;野大麦植株体内可溶性蛋白和植物的生长态势呈现正相关,过氧化物酶活性和植物的生长态势呈现负性相关。 The wild barleys were selected to be the supplied experimental plants, were inoculated with two kinds of ACC deaminase bacterium mycelium, and then were planted in the soil of different petroleum concentrations. After 5 months, the biomass, the peroxidase activity, the content of soluble protein and the content of soil petroleum in the wild barley were determined. The results showed that inoculation with ACC Deaminase Bacteria in the soil in which petroleum content account for 1% and 2% may promote the growth of wild barley significantly, and promote the degeneration of petroleum. There was a positive correlation between the content of the soluble protein and the plant growth, and a negative correlation between the peroxidase activiness and plant growth.
