儒家吏治思想的历史考察

Historical Study on the Official Management of Confucianism

儒家思想是中华民族传统道德的核心。儒家传统文化中有很多思想精华对于吏治思想建设极为有益。例如,儒家的天人合一、内圣外王、尊贤重长思想分别对官吏价值观形成、官员执政素质提高和社会关系稳定有重大的借鉴意义。在当代吏治建设中,批判地继承儒家有益的传统文化,遵循取其精华、去其糟粕、古为今用的原则,对儒家及其为政思想进行新的开发、转化、创新和利用是很有必要的。

Confucianism is the core of traditional ethics for the Chinese nation. The flower of the Confucian tra- ditional culture is very useful for the construction of thought on the official management. For example, the ideologies of ＂harmony between man and nature＂, ＂Inner Sage and Outer King＂ and ＂respecting the able and old man＂ are of great significance respectively to the formation of government officials values, the improvement of governance capabili- ty and the social stability. Nowadays, it is necessary to greatly develop excellent traditional culture of Confucianism and creatively use Confucianism and its political thought based on the principles of absorbing the essence, discarding dross, making the past theory useful at present in the process to build a team of leading cadres.
