Hypothesis of Human Nature Applied in the Principles and Path of the Public Administration in China

人性假设运用于当代中国公共行政应该符合阶级的、历史的、实践的和时代的四个原则。人性假设运用于中国公共行政的正确路径就是要按照上述原则对当代中国公共行政中人性假设的运用情况进行梳理和反思。具体说来,就是要坚持以马克思主义人性观为指导;对公共行政进行人性的反思;坚持与当代中国公共行政管理实际相结合。

Reflections from the human point of view of public administration hypothesis has important theoretical and practical significance. Hypothesis of human nature applied to the contemporary Chinese public administration should be consistent with class, history, and practice and the times of the four principles. Hypothesis of human na- ture applied to the correct path of public administration in China is to act as the above -mentioned principles of pub- lic administration in contemporary China, the use of hypothetical cases of human nature to sort out and reflection. Specifically, we should adhere to the Marxist view of human nature as the guide; reflection of public administration to human nature; adhere to China＇s public administration and contemporary realities.
