烟草制造企业要实现管理提升和跨越式发展,今后很长一个时期内需要重视和完善人力资源培训开发体系,制定切合实际的培训计划,科学设计培训方案,做好培训效果评估,强化培训信息管理。
To realize the enhancement of management and leap - forward development, the enterprises of tobacco manufacturing industry need to pay emphasis to perfect the HR training and development system, to make sensible training plans, to design scientific training scheme, to perfect the evaluation of training effect and to strengthening the management of training information.
