α-促黑素细胞激素对IL-1β刺激离体兔下丘脑释放PGE_2的抑制作用 被引量:1

摘要 采用体外组织培养法观察α-促黑素细胞激素(α-MSH)对白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)刺激家兔下丘脑组织释放前列腺素E2(PGE2)的影响。结果显示,IL-1β与下丘脑组织培养后40min,培养上清液中PGE2含量高于未加IL-1β的对照组(P<001);而预先(20min)加入α-MSH,再加入同量IL-1β培养40min,则培养上清液的PGE2含量接近对照组水平(P>005)。α-MSH抑制下丘脑PGE2的产生,可能是其解热的重要机制之一。 A tissue culture technique was used to evaluate the effect of α-MSH on IL-1 β-induced PGE 2 release from hypothalamus of rabbit in vitro. The result showed that the PGE 2 contents of culture supernatant increased significantly after hypothalamic blocks were incubated for 40 min in the presence of rhIL-1 β( P <0 01),and the effect could been prevented by α-MSH added to the incubation solution 20 min in advance. It was considered that the effect of α-MSH inhibiting PGE 2 production by hypothalamus may be an important mechanism in α-MSH-induced antipyresis.
