摇椅形唇弓单独使用或联合平面导板矫治深覆

Deepbite Corrected by the Rackety Chair Archwire Only or by It Together with Flat Bite Plate

单独采用摇椅形唇弓或联合平面导板的方法，对２１例恒牙列期安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类的低角型前突型深覆牙合患者进行了矫治，以观察两种方法临床疗效的异同。结果表明：１）摇椅形唇弓与平面导板联合使用有利于深覆牙合面型的改善，缩短了打开深覆牙合的时间；２）两种方法对牙齿的松动度及颞下颌关节（ＴＭＪ）的影响无显著性差异。对于低角型的深覆牙合患者，摇椅形唇弓与平面导板矫治能取得更好的临床疗效。

The effect of treating deepbite corrected by rackety chair archwire only or together with flat bite plate and the result was compared. After treating 21 deepbite patients of lower angle pattem of class divison, the results showed:1) It improved facial appearance and fasten opening deepbite when the deepbite malocclusion was corrected by the rackety chair archwire together with flat bite plate . 2) There was no significant difference concerning teeth loosing and TMJ between these tow types. The conclusion is :It is better to correct the deepbite patients with lower angle pattern by the rackety chair together with flat bite plate.
