On the Development Efficiency of China's Agricultural Industrialization and the Key Areas for Advancement

论述国际金融危机形势下农业产业化在保增长促增收、保民生促稳定、提质量扩内需等方面所发挥的重要作用,提出今后农业产业化发展的重点和思路,包括:以农业产业化示范区建设为抓手,推进龙头企业集群发展;以标准化基地建设为关键环节,构建完整的产业链条;以产销联盟建设为切入点,促进农产品产销有效衔接;以发展中介服务组织为着力点,完善产业化利益联结机制;以运行监测为重点,加强农业产业化制度建设。

This article discusses the role that agricultural industrialization may play in ensuring economic growth and increasing farmers＇ incomes, in improving people＇s lives and contributing to social stability, and in improving quality and expanding domestic consumption under the background of international financial crisis. The author puts forward the highlights and strategy for development, including establishing demonstration zones, boosting the overall development for leading enterprises, enhancing the construction of standardized bases, building complete industrial chains, stimulating production and marketing, completing industrial benefit mechanism through intermediate service, and strengthening system construction through monitoring and supervision.
