摘要
食品安全一直是人们关注的焦点,《食品安全法》实施后,食品的安全性更被人们所重视。介绍食品安全的常规定义和其他定义,探讨影响食品安全的微生物污染、化学物质使用、环境污染问题、生产规模小等9个因素,并对食品安全评价进行宏观阐述,旨在明确食品安全性的重要意义。
Food safety is a focus of people's attention, and attention has been consistently paid to the food safety after "Food Safety Law" was implemented. In this paper, factors affecting food safety are presented, namely, microorganism pollution, applications of chemical substances, environmental pollutions, and small scale production. In addition, food safety evaluations are elaborated so as to help people understand the importanee of food safety.
