摘要 通过对国内外玉米深加工发展现状、玉米的营养特点及加工利用途径以及我国玉米深加工业存在的问题和发展趋向进行分析,提出我国玉米加工业未来发展重点是继续发展具有国际竞争力的柠檬酸、赖氨酸等传统产品;扩大淀粉糖在食品工业中的应用;适度发展玉米燃料酒精,鼓励发展纤维素酒精;扩大变性淀粉的应用范围和领域,发展环境友好型的合成材料;代替石油生产化工醇、有机酸等产品。 In light of the present development in the intensive processing of maize at home and abroad, the author analyzed the nutrition features of corn and its utilities as well as the existing problems and the development trend in this area. The author pointed out that the priority should be placed on developing such traditional products as citric acid and lysine products due to their competitiveness in the world, that the application of starch sugar should be increased, maize fuel alcohol and cellulose alcohol should be encouraged, the applications of converted starch should be expanded, and eco-friendly synthetic materials should be boosted.
