摘要
造血干细胞移植已广泛应用于临床，但移植后肺部并发症很常见。通过积极的预防、及时的诊断和有效的治疗，感染性肺部并发症的发生率及死亡率大大降低，而非感染性肺部并发症因其临床表现及影像学缺乏特异性，致使诊断困难，患者得不到及时治疗，往往预后较差。本文就造血干细胞移植后发生的肺部并发症的特点、诊断及治疗方面作一综述。
