污泥的可用能及添加辅助燃料的临界水分分析 被引量:2

摘要 本文针对污泥这种废弃物水分含量高,应用基热值低的特点,编制了不同水分对各种污泥可用能和辅助能影响计算程序,进一步计算出各种污泥回收可用能的临界水分,需加入辅助能的临界水分,以及不同水分污泥中每公斤污泥需加入的煤量和油量,对于污泥焚烧炉的设计具有指导意义. According to the properties of high water content and low heating value of sludge,the calculation program of the available energy and auxiliary energy influenced by sludge water content have been made.The critical water content of sludge existing available energy,the critical water content of sludge while the auxiliary energy is added for incineration,the coal and oil quantities to be added to per kilogram sludge for different water content can be calculated by our program.The calculated results can be referred for the design of sludge incinerator.
