连续性血液净化和持续静脉泵注5％碳酸氢钠成功救治急性甲醇中毒二例 被引量：1

摘要 2009年3月本地发生多人同时饮用散装勾兑白酒中毒事件，该酒中甲醇含量严重超标。宜昌市第一人民医院共收治事件中住院患者19人，笔者对其中2例重度中毒患者应用Pfisma系统进行连续性肾赃替代治疗（CRRT），同时持续静脉泵注5％碳酸钠注射液，同时补钾，取得满意效果。现报道如下。
