摘要
目的:探讨医学图像处理方法在去除磁共振弥散张量成像图像几何变形中的意义。方法:对原始图像构建出弥散张量成像去畸变流程,通过主观与客观评价法对处理的结果进行评价与分析。结果:基于医学图像处理的去畸变流程可有效提高图像质量,减少变形造成的影响。结论:对于依靠调节成像参数难以去除的弥散张量成像伪影,借助医学图像处理方法则能够有效的改善。
Objective: To discuss the significance of medical image processing in eliminating the distortion of MR diffusion tensor imaging(DTI).Methods: The pipeline of eliminating distortion was built to optimize the DTI raw images.The results of the pipeline were evaluated and analyzed by the means of subjective and objective method.Results: The pipeline based on the medical image processing can effectively improve the image quality of DTI and the effect of distortion was reduced.Conclusion: For those artifacts of DTI which can't been removed by adjusting sequence parameters,the method of medical image processing can be implemented.
