摘要
本文采用物元分析法来研究建筑工程投标单位的资质状况，以反映其经营能力大小或经营素质的高低，由此给出了主要的表征投标企业素质状况的具体量化的数值指标，并且通过计算关联函数值，来综合评定投标单位的资质水平，为招标单位遴选中标企业提供参考．
This article studies the aptitude conditions of tender companies on construction projects by using article unit analysis theory to determine these bidders' business capability and qualification.In order to obtain this goal,it also provides mainly concretely qualitified value index system which can indicate the qualification condition of tender company.Therefore project invitors can be provided with reference in selecting bidders by assessing synthetically the aptitude grade of bidders on the basis of the calculation value of relative function.
