摘要
[目的]测试倾斜基牙使用轴-核帽连接套筒冠桥体与正常基牙双端固定桥在受力时的变形情况的差异。[方法]在树脂模型上制作倾斜基牙轴-核帽连接套筒冠桥体双端固定桥和正常基牙双端固定桥的铸造修复体,用万能材料试验机加载,3540型Epsilon挠度仪记录加载时倾斜基牙组和正常基牙组试件的挠度值,比较它们之间的差异。[结果]正常与倾斜基牙轴-核帽双端固定桥在牙合向、颊向加载后产生的挠度值十分接近,倾斜基牙轴-核帽桥体与正常双端固定桥之间在受牙合向、颊向力时的挠度差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。[结论]轴-套双端固定桥在口内是可以长期稳固存在的。
[Objective]To test the difference of metamorphose at Acclivitous abutment by applying axis-nuclear cap and normal abutment of rigid fixed bridge when they suffer power.[Methods]We made casting dental prosthetic restoration of acclivitous abutment with applying axis-nuclear cap to connect telescope crown pontic and normal abutment of rigid fixed bridge at resinous model,with Universal Material Testing Machine continuous loading,3540 type Epsilon flexivity instrument record deflection of Acclivitous abutment and normal abutment,then compared variability of them.[Results]Deflection of acclivitious abutment and normal abutment was very approximation when sufferring power of occlusion direction.when two sets of fixed bridge suffer power of occlusion direction and cheek direction,their deflection had no significant deviation(P〉0.05).[Conclusion]It is certify that this kind of restoration method could be stable existent long-term in oral cavity.
