With non cohesive uniform sediment as example, based on mechanical condition of suspension critical for non cohesive uniform sediment, taking the suspension probability into account, this paper analysises suspension critical condition for non cohesive uniform sediment. A unified expression which is an epitome of several previous fruits at the suspension condition for non cohesive uniform sediment is established. It also provides convenience for rational choose the formulae of the suspension condition for non cohesive uniform sediment.
