局部针刀微创治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛30例临床观察

30 clinic surveys of partly minninally invasive treatment sued needle-knife in herpes zoster’s neuralgia

目的观察局部针刀微创治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法30例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者根据疼痛皮区部位及范围,采取点对点,片对片的方法,设计多中心进针点,在局部阻滞后,针刀皮内.皮下及浅筋膜内横向运刀,周围行放射状松解,微创切割治疗。采用视觉模拟评分法(VisualAnalogueScale,VAS)评价治疗前后,随访半年,随访一年的疗效。结果30例患者经3-5次的1个疗程治疗,治愈率100%,随访1年均未再复发。结论局部针刀微创治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛安全可靠,疗效确切;是一种值得推广的治疗方法。

Objective Survey the clinic therapeutic effect of partly minimally invasive treatment used needle-knife in neuralgia resided from herpes zoster. Methods Thirty patients with neuralgia resided from herpes zoste, according to the site and area of neuralgia,point to point, plate to plate, with multy-centre to get in. After partly blocking, cut transversally in the skin, below the skin and in the superficial fascia, take radiatiform solution and invasive treatment around. Take Visual Analogue Scale（VAS） to evaluate therapeutic effect before the treatment, six months and one year after the treatment. Results After three to five times’treatments with one course, all the 30 patients were cured, and no recurrence after one year. Conclusion Partly minimally invasive treatment used needle-knife in neuralgia resided from herpes zoster is safe and dependable, with positive effect; it is a useful treatment that is worthy to generalize.
