摘要 目的探讨蛛网膜下腔出血的CT表现及鉴别诊断,提高检出率。方法对182例临床确诊的蛛网膜下腔出血的CT检查资料进行回顾性分析。结果182例病例中,175例作出正确诊断,诊断符合率占96.2%。其中脑池、脑沟显示高密度影136例,占74.8%;少数不显示高密度影,仅显示大脑纵裂、天幕稍增宽及脑池、沟消失共39例,占21.4%。结论CT是蛛网膜下腔出血的首选检查,具有极高诊断率,掌握蛛网膜下腔出血的CT表现及鉴别诊断,能提高检出率,为临床的早期诊治及评估预后提供重要的客观资料。 Objective To investigate the performance of subarachnoid hemorrhage and differential diagnosis of CT to improve the detection rate. Methods Clinical diagnosis of 182 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage CT examination were analyzed retrospectively. Result 182 cases of the outcome of cases, make a correct diagnosis of 175 cases, diagnosis in line with the rate of 96.2%. Cisternography in which the brain showed high-density video channel 136 cases, accounting for 74.8%; a small number of high-density video does not show, only shows that the brain interhemispheric, tentorial slightly widened and the brain pool, ditch the disappearance of a total of 39 cases, accounting for 21.4%. Conclusion CT is the preferred inspection subarachnoid hemorrhage, with high diagnostic rate of CT have demonstrated subarachnoid hemorrhage and differential diagnosis, can improve the detection rate of early diagnosis and treatment for clinical assessment of prognosis and provide an important objective information.
