老年人走路慢的预测价值 提示与血管疾病病死率有关,也可能预测体弱

摘要 走路快的人比走路慢的更长寿,患有血管疾病者更是如此。根据一项前瞻性队列研究(doi:10.1136/bmj.b4460),Dumurgier和同仁们通过对3208名相对健康的老年人进行步速测定(至少测6米长距离),并随访了5年,证实了此观点的正确性。步速取决于身体状况,如年龄、性别、身高、有无疾病以及体质等。
