Diagnosis and Surgical Treatment of Chance Fracture

目的回顾性分析了17例Chance骨折的诊断、分类及手术治疗效果.方法对17例Chance骨折的诊断分类,治疗方法进行总结和讨论.结果17例病人术后随访3个月至1 a,骨折均骨性愈合,未遗留有脊柱后凸畸形,3例伴神经症状患者术后得到恢复.结论及时诊断、合理治疗是改善愈合避免后遗畸形的关键.

Objective To retrospectively study the diagnostic classification and surgical treatment effect of 17 cases of chance fracture.Method The diagnosis classification and treatment of 17 cases of chance fracture were summarized and discussed.Results The following up period was from three months to one year.17 cases were all healed without sequent deformity and three of whom with neurological deficit recovered.Conclusion Timely diagnosis and treatment are crucial for both prognosis and the avoidance of sequent deformities.
