新辅助化疗治疗中低位直肠癌保肛61例临床观察

Application of Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in Low Rectal Carcinoma with Sphincter- preserved Surgery

目的探讨新辅助化疗在中低位直肠癌保肛的应用及价值.方法对61例估计可切除中低位直肠癌患者分为实验组和对照组,实验组术前行两周期新辅助化疗,对照组不行任何放化疗.结果实验组中81.8%肿瘤体积出现缩小、变软,肿瘤距肛缘距离增加;保肛率及手术根治率明显高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论术前新辅助化疗可显著提高中低位直肠癌根治率及保肛率,值得推广.

Objective To evalutae the application of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in low rectal carcinoma with sphincter-preserved surgery.Methods Sixty-one patients with potentially respectable low rectal cancer were divided into experimental group and control group.Two circles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy were given to patients in experimental group and neither chemotherapy nor radiotherapy was given to patients in control group.Results 81.4% of patients in experimental group showed a decrease in tumor volume,and tumors turned soften,and the length between tumor and anus increased.The radical rate and preservation rate of the anal sphincter was higher in experimental group than in control group.Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy can improve the radical rate and preservation rate of the anal sphincter in lowrectal carcinoma.
