The Treatment and Prophylactic Measure of Associated Lymphomatic Leakage after Vascular Surgery Upon Inguinal Region

目的探讨腹股沟区血管外科手术后并发淋巴漏的危险因素、治疗和预防措施.方法回顾性分析自2004年1月至2009年10月收治的579例曾于腹股沟区行血管外科手术的患者资料.结果19例患者术后出现了腹股沟淋巴漏,发生率为3.28%;其治疗应根据个体情况选择相应的治疗方法,降低其发生率的重点在于预防.结论腹股沟区术后并发淋巴漏仍然是血管外科医生感到麻烦的问题,重点在于预防其发生.淋巴并发症的治疗应采用个体化措施,如淋巴瘘持续存在,且引流量较大时则应早期再手术治疗.

Objective To explore the risk factors,treatment and prophylactic measure of associated lymphomatic leakage after vascular surgery upon inguinal region.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed from 579 cases admitted between January 2004 and October 2009,which were performed with vascular surgery upon inguinal region.Results 19 cases occurred lymphomatic leakage,with percentage of 3.28%.The therapy should be relied on individual situation,while we should emphasize on the prophylactics to decrease its occurrence.Conclusions Lymphomatic leakage after vascular surgery upon inguinal region still remains a stubborn question,which ought to be cured individually and prophylactics should be emphasized on.Re-operation might be performed if lymphomatic leakage continues and cause a massive drainage.
