摘要
目的评估针对医学生开展降低艾滋相关偏见歧视的干预效果,探索加强医疗服务中HIV/AIDS职业暴露防护及消除偏见歧视的有效途径.方法选定41名麻醉学专业高年级学生进行问卷调查和参与式培训,并进行效果评估.结果培训后学生的HIV/AIDS相关知识有所提升,但与培训前相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后学生对标准防护、职业暴露防护的知识及避免相关偏见歧视的认识与培训前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用针对性的参与式培训,对医学生进行艾滋相关职业暴露防护及有关伦理学和法律知识的教育,是提高其艾滋相关职业暴露和降低偏见歧视的一种有效干预途径.
Objective To evaluate the effect of intervention designed to decrease HIV/AIDS related stigma and explore an effective method to strengthen HIV/AIDS occupational exposure protection and eliminating discrim-ination in medical college students.Method Forty-one senior medical college students of anesthesiology were selected to receive questionnaire investigation and training,and the effect of intervention was evaluated.Results After training,HIV/AIDS related knowledge was strengthened in students,but compared with before training,there was no statistical significance(P0.05).While compared with before training,the knowledge of students on occupational exposure protection and eliminating discrimination was significantly enhanced after training(P 0.05).Conclusion Participating training to medical college students on HIV/AIDS related occupation exposure protection and related ethical and legal knowledge is an effective intervention method to improve HIV/AIDS related occupation exposure protection and decrease HIV/AIDS related stigma and discrimination.
