EphB4受体及其配体ephrinB2与妇科肿瘤关系的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 EphB4受体及其配体ephrinB2是目前已知酪氨酸蛋白激酶受体家族中最大的亚家族Eph/ephrin家族成员之一,是血管形成过程中动静脉分化的标志,在很多肿瘤组织中都显示高表达,与肿瘤发展及其血管生长的关系非常密切。它对肿瘤的影响具有双重性,既有肿瘤抑制作用,又有肿瘤促进作用。EphB4磷酸化激活后的正向信号可抑制肿瘤的发生、发展,促进肿瘤细胞凋亡,抑制其迁移、侵袭;反向信号经ephrinB2+细胞向胞内传递则促进肿瘤细胞生长、增殖、迁移和侵袭。研究显示,EphB4和ephrinB2与妇科肿瘤有密切联系,但其研究尚较局限。深入研究其作用机制将有利于进一步了解妇科肿瘤的发病机制,发现全新有效的靶向治疗和干预途径,有望成为肿瘤早期诊断及判断预后的指标之一,亦可作为肿瘤治疗的新靶点,有助于完善现有的肿瘤治疗措施。
