胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤的诊治进展 被引量：3

摘要 胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤(placental site trophoblastic tumors,PSTT)是一种罕见的妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤(gestational trophoblastic neoplasm,GTN),主要由中间型滋养细胞组成。最常见的临床表现是停经和异常阴道流血。人绒毛膜促性腺激素(human chorionic gonadotropin,HCG)不同程度升高及影像学检查有助于诊断,确诊有赖于病理组织学检查。子宫切除术是治疗PSTT的首选方法,若需辅以化疗时首选EMA-CO方案。
