探讨七叶皂苷钠在减轻上颌窦根治术后面部肿胀的治疗效果

Application of sodium aescinate in the postoperative recovery course following radical maxillary sinusotomy

目的观察七叶皂苷钠对上颌窦根治术后颌面部软组织反应的治疗效果并探讨其作用机制。方法接受上颌窦根治术的50例患者按随机分为2组。实验组25例,给予常规治疗加七叶皂苷钠10mg静脉滴注;对照组25例,给予常规治疗加地塞米松10mg静脉滴注。观察比较2组患者术后颌面部软组织肿胀的恢复过程。结果 2组病例的颌面部软组织肿胀持续时间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论七叶皂苷钠对上颌窦根治术后的软组织肿胀的消肿效应与糖皮质激素地塞米松类似,但是其不良反应甚少。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of sodium aeacine on the postoperative recovery course following of patients with radical maxillary sinusotomy and the underlying mechanisms for this effect based on a clinical trial. Method Included in this study were 50 patients received radical maxillary sinusotomy, randomly divided into two groups following the operation, with 25 in the treating group （TG） treated with the routine therapy plus 10 mg of sodium aeacine intravenously given and the another 25 in the control group （CG） treated with the routine therapy plus 10 mg of dexamethasone intravenously given as well. Then, comparatively observed was the recovering course of maxillo-facial soft tissue swelling occurred during the postoperative period among the cases of these two groups. Results There was no statistical significance found in the difference of persisting duration of maxillo-facial soft tissue swelling between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Sodium aescinat holds the similar therapeutic effect on maxillo-facial soft tissue swelling following radical maxillary sinusotomy as that of dexamethasone, but with much less side effects.
