两种蹦蝗染色体C─带核型比较 被引量:3

A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF CHROMOSOME C-BANDING KARYOTYPES OF TWO SPECIES OF SINOPODISMA CHANG

摘要 本文第一次报道山蹦蝗Sinopo-dismalofaoshana(Tinkham)和武陵山蹦蝗Sinopodis-mawulingshanensisPengetFu的染色体C一带核型的比较研究结果.结果表明:两种蝗虫的染色体组型相似,且结构异染色质在两者的染色体组中有相似的分布,这反映了同一属中两个物种在亲统进化上的亲缘关系.两者的差别主要反映在:(1)武陵山蹦蝗第1号染色体有强端带发生而山蹦蝗1号染色体没有端带发生;(2)山蹦蝗第3号染色体端部C─带杂合而武陵山蹦蝗3号染色体没有端部C─带发生;(3)山蹦蝗9号染色体发生明显的居间带而武陵山蹦蝗9号染色体无居间带(见图1和图3). This paper fist reports on a comparative analysis of the chromosome c--banding karyotypes of two species (S. Iofuoshana (Tinkham ) and S. Wulingshanensis Peng et Fu ) ofSinopodisma Chang. The results indicate:The generic patterns of the two species are similar in that the numbers of chromosomes of the twospecies are both 2n (雄) = 20 + XO. There are no obvious differences in the relative length between corresponding chrom osornes of the two species;and there are some points of similarity in the distribution of chete-rochromatin of the two species. These facts show that there are evolutionally close relations between thetwo species in the same genus.The differences in c-banding patterns between the two species are: (1 )No. 1 chromosome of S. Wulingshanensis Peng et Fu shows a dank terminal c-band; but the corresponding one of S. lofaoshana (Tinkham ) hasno similar c-band to show; (2 )No. 3 chromosome of the former doesn't show obvious terminal c--band; font thetwo chro-matids of No. 3 chromosome of the latter shows heterozygous terminal c--band: (3 )No. 9 chromosome of the former shows larger dark terminal c--band and has no interstitial c--band to show,but the corresponding one of the latter shows obvious interstitial c--band,and the terminal c--band is smaller.
