摘要
在方块分形图像编码的基础上,提出了一种基于多分辨特性的分形编码方法。实验结果表明,在基本保持重建图像质量的前提下,编码时间大为缩短。
This paper presents a multiresolution -based fractal image coding approach which is developed from block- based ones. Experimental results show that this new approach decreases the computation time greatly with no apparent depression on the reconstructed image.
