The paper focuses on the methods adopted by Tianjin North China Geological Exploration Bureau for tapping existing potential of geological qualified scientists and technicians,these include:ensuring the entry of good talents;providing an opportunity to display their talents;giving their challenging work;carrying out post exchanges,emotional excitation,and forms of training,as well as comprehensive incentive.Tianjin North China Geological Exploration Bureau has effectively mobilized the enthusiasm and creativity of the geological qualifi ed scientists and technicians,and continuously provided the impetus for sustainable development.
