摘要
为了探讨牛磺酸与细胞膜自由基损伤的关系,选用脂质过氧化物测定法、溶血试验及谷胱甘肽测定法的指标进行测定,结果显示:牛磺酸加剧了辐射导致的小鼠肝、脑、肾组织的脂质过氧化反应(P<005或P<001);牛磺酸加剧了辐射导致的人红细胞悬液的溶血作用(P<001或P<0001);牛磺酸与人红细胞悬液37℃水浴1h,发现牛磺酸致使红细胞中谷胱甘肽水平显著下降(P<0001)。结果提示,牛磺酸不是自由基清除剂,相反,它能加剧细胞膜的自由基损伤。
To assess the relationship between Taurine and free radical damage of cell membrane,we used lipid peroxides(LPO),hemolysis and GSH level of RBC as indexes.The results indicated that Taurine could increase LPO levels significantly of liver,brain and kidney homogenate of irradiated mice, it raised remarkably the degree of hemolysis of irradiated erythrocyte suspensions, it also reduced GSH level of RBC obviously.These results suggested that Taurine isn′t a free radical scavenger.It didn′t resist cell membrane damage by free redical .
