肺癌患者手术前后血清SIL-2R和TNF-α的水平

Studies on Serum sIL-2R and TNF-2 Levels of Patients with Lung Cancer before and after Operation

采用ＥＬＩＳＡ法对４０例肺癌患者血清可溶性白细胞介素２受体（ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ）和肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ）手术前后表达水平进行动态及临床观察。结果为：（１）ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ和ＴＮＦ－α术前均显著高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜００１）；（２）术后１周，ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ及ＴＮＦ－α水平与术前比较，差异无显著性意义（Ｐ＞００５）；（３）术后４周，ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ和ＴＮＦ－α水平较术前显著降低（Ｐ＜００１），接近对照组水平。结果提示，血清ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ和ＴＮＦ－α可作为肺癌患者免疫功能的监测指标之一，并可作为疗效判断的参考。

Serum levels of soluble interleukin-2 receptors(sIL-2R) and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α) in 40 cases of patients with primary lung cancers were measured with double-antibody sandwich enyme immunoassay(ELISA),and their clinical significance were analyzed.The results:(1)there was a significant increase in serum sIL-2R and TNF-α levels in all the patients with primary lung cancers compared with healthy subjects ( P <0 01).(2) serum levels of sIL-2R and TNF-α had no markedly( P >0 05) decline after 1 week treatment.(3)serum levels of sIL-2R and TNF-α declined markedly ( P <0 01) after 4 weeks treatment.These results suggested that detection serum level of sIL-2R and TNF-α might be a useful method of monitoring immune function of primary lung cancer victims.
