FrankelⅢ矫正器对替牙期骨性前牙反牙合硬软组织侧貌的影响

Effect of Frankel Ⅲ Appliance on Hard and Soft Tissue Profile with Skeletal Anterion Cross-Bite During Mixed Dentition

２８例前牙反牙合经ＦｒａｎｋｅｌⅢ（ＦＲⅢ）矫正器治疗前后的Ｘ线头颅侧位定片进行Ｘ线头影测量，以探讨ＦｒａｎｋｅｌⅢ矫正器的作用机理及疗效。结果表明：（１）ＦＲⅢ矫正器抑制下颌向前生长，刺激上颌牙槽骨生长，使骨骼型由安氏Ⅲ类变为安氏Ⅰ类；（２）上前牙的唇倾及下前牙的舌倾使得颌间关系及切牙关系恢复正常；（３）软组织的一些改变比相应硬组织的改变显著。经ＦｒａｎｋｌｅⅢ矫正器治疗不仅获得正常的颌关系及咬牙合功能，而且满足了患者对美的要求。

Cephalometric analysis of the lateral cephalogram of 28 cases with skeletal anterior cross-bite was conducted by using Frankel Ⅲ appliance before and after the treatment, to study the meochanism and effect of Frankel Ⅲ appliance. The results showed: (1)Frankel Ⅲ appliance restrained the growth of mandible; stimulated the growth of maxillary alveolar bone, and the skeletal classification changed from Angle Class Ⅲ to Angle Class Ⅰ.(2) with the labial inclination of the upper incisors and the lower incisors striking obliquely against the lingual surfaces of the upper teeth, the relationship of jaw and incisor became normal. (3) the change of soft tissue was more significant than hard tissue. After treated with Frankel Ⅲ appliance, the patient not only got a healthy jaw relationship and masticational function, but also satisfied his desire of aesthetics .
