中国传统医学治疗艾滋病的经验和前景

Treatment of AIDS with Traditional Chinese Medicine and Its Prospect

探索中医药治疗艾滋病的实践经验；方法：用扶正中药和清热解毒中药组成复方用于艾滋病治疗，症状体征，单克隆抗体测定淋巴细胞亚群（ＣＤ４细胞数，ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值），共骤焦显微镜观察病理形态改变，和ＡＺＴ对比；结果：在坦桑尼亚治疗４３７例，有效率４８９７％（２１４／４３７）。８例免疫功能较高的病人，用扶正中药后，免疫功能继续升高，然后出现ＥＬＩＳＡ和ＷＢ阴性，呈免疫静止型ＨＩＶ感染。用扶正祛邪的中研一号（ＺＹ－１，黄芪、紫花地丁等８味中药组成），治疗５２例艾滋病人，症状体征和免疫功能均好转，以乏力、发热、纳呆为著，有效率５１９２％。在ＳＩＶ模型上，服药后，体重增加，皮疹消失，肿大的淋巴结减少，血浆病毒滴度下降，其抑制率达７０５３％。治疗后，ＣＤ４细胞数及ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值均有回升，较ＡＺＴ组为优。病理学检查，ＺＹ－１组淋巴滤泡和生发中心呈激活状态，为淋巴滤泡增生阶段，而ＡＺＴ组则滤泡消失，组织萎缩，出现耗竭现象。用共聚焦显微镜作病理形态学观察，可以看到，ＺＹ－１组与ＡＺＴ组比较，淋巴细胞核有明显修复。结论：ＺＹ－１治疗艾滋病，在改善症状上、改善免疫功能上、抑制艾滋病毒上、改变病理形态上都有效，有些方面还超过?

Objective: To explore the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in treating HIV/AIDS; Methods: Use Fuzheng herbs and heat-clearing and detoxifying herbs to formulate composite recipe for AIDS treatment, the symptom and signs change, lymphocyte subset determined by monoclonal antibody reagent (CD4 cell count and CD4/CD8 ratio), using confocal microscope to observe patho-morphological changes, with AZT as control; Results: In Tanzania, 437 cases were treated, total effective rate was 48.97%(214/437). 8 high immunity patients, after treatment of Fuzheng herbs, the immune function continued to improve, and then ELISA/WB showed negative, the immunosilent HIV-infection occured. A ZY-1 recipe consisited of Astragalus and Viola etc. was used in treating 52 cases, their symptoms and iimmune functions improved, tatal effective rate reached 51.92%. In SIV model after taking ZY-1, body weight gained, skin rashes vanished, swollen lymphnode lessened and plasma virus titre reduced, the inhibitory rate was 70.53%. After treatment, CD4 and CD4/CD8 increased, better than that of AZT. Pathologic examination:lymph follicle and germinal center activated, while in AZT group showed depletion. Using confocal microscope, the lymphocytic nucleus of ZY-1 group revealed better repairing than AZT; Conclusion: ZY-1 is effective in treting HIV/AIDS, sometimes the efficacy was superior than that of AZT.
