摘要
电解KF·2HF电解液制取氟气,并将其经二级净化设施纯化后,再与鳞片石墨粉(含炭>99%,粒度<40μm)在高温下直接进行反应,制得氟化石墨。在本工艺条件下,保持温度500℃,经15小时合成反应所制备的氟化石墨经红外光谱测试分析,在波数1219cm-1处的吸收谱带强度最大,且其真密度、电阻率、含氟量和F/C值最高。
Fluorine gas was prepared by electrolysis of the electrolyte KF·2HF, then the graphite fluoride was synthesized through a direct reaction between the scaly graphite powder (carbon content >99%, grain size<40μm) and the fluorine gas purified by two self making purgers at high temperature. Under our experiment conditions, the graphite fluoride which was synthesized at 500℃ for 15 hours had a strong absorption peak of F—C covalent bond near the wavenumber 1219cm 1 of FTIR spectrum. Besides, its real density,electrical resistivity,fluorine content and F/C ratio had the best values.
