摘要
在连续运行的蜗杆传动磨损试验台上,定期提取铜基蜗轮副摩擦表面上剥落下来的磨屑,通过对磨屑的形态、大小及分布等形貌特征分析发现:铜基蜗轮副的磨损状态与其磨屑的形貌特征有着密切的关系.利用这些特征可以有效地对蜗杆传动的磨损状态进行识别.本文所做的工作为实现蜗轮副磨损状态的不解体检测提供了新手段,为实现设备的视情维护创造了条件.
A worm transmitting set-up for wear experiment is set by ourselves.The experiment continues about 4,000 hours.The result shows that:there are a great deal of difference between the shape,size and quantity of the debris of worm pairs on th different stage of wear.So it facilitates a way to identify the wear condition of worm transmitting on the basis of identifying these differences.
