麦可利对黑白花奶牛产奶性能的影响研究

摘要 本试验选用中国黑白花奶牛160头,随机分为4组。试验I组(对照组)饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ组饲喂基础日粮+益康XP100g/d.头,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组在基础日粮的基础上分别添加益生茵培养物(麦可利)100g/d.头、300g/d.头。试验结果表明:Ⅱ、In、1V组日产奶量分别高于I(对照组)2.23kg、2.48kg和3.19kg;4%的标准乳分别较对照组提高11.97%、15.06%和28.OI%,其中Ⅳ组达显著水平(P〈0.05),试验Ⅲ、Ⅳ组与Ⅱ组比较,试验Ⅲ组略高于Ⅱ组,提高2.76%,Ⅳ组比Ⅱ组提高14.32%;与对照组相比,试验组牛乳中的干物质、乳脂、蛋白质和乳糖的含量均有所改善,但未达显著水平(P〉0.05);试验组与对照组相比经济效益有明显提高,试验Ⅲ、Ⅳ组与Ⅱ组比较,Ⅲ组经济效益提高效益5.58%,Ⅳ组达7.78%。 160 Chinese Holstein cows were divided into 4 groups, treatment groups II, III, IV (basic diet respectively contain Diamond XP' 100g/d per cow, Probiotic Culture ( Michael ) 100g/d per cow and 300g/d per cow ) and control group I (basic diet). The result indicates: the day milk yield of II, III,IV groups are higher than I ( excess 2.23 kg, 2.48 kg and 3.19 kg) ;4% FCM of II, HI, IV groups are higher than I also( increases 11.97%, 15.06% and 28. 01% ), group IV vs I ( P 〈0.05), group III is litde higher than II ( increase 2.76% ), group IV vs I1 increases 14.32% ; the teatment groups" milk compositions of dry matter, milk fat,milk protein and lactose are better vs group I ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; the economic performance of teatment groups vs control has obviously increased, group III and IV vs II increased also (5.58% , 7. 78% ).
